Futures / En Primeur
Futures, also called en primeur,
Are wines that are available for advance purchase while still in the barrel. Futures can be first purchased two years prior to the date when the wine will actually be bottled and shipped to you. Bordeaux is the primary region that sells wines as futures. One of the advantages is to guarantee that you receive the special formats and packaging you desire.

Our Warehouse
Our Warehouse
For more than 36 years we have been a Global Leader in the world of Fine Wine. As such, we understand wine as both consumers and resellers, and appreciate the importance of providing the perfect climate in which to store your collection.
Based in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne, Switzerland, our secure warehouse is temperature and humidity-controlled to ensure each bottle is kept in optimal storage conditions. Unlike other merchants, who store their wines off-site, the BV Vins warehouse is attached to our corporate offices giving us complete control and immediate access to our stock. A dedicated loading and receiving area is included in our over 900m2 facility which further enhances the safety of our inventory.
Terms & Conditions
BV Vins SARL
Partial Terms and Conditions of Sale
All orders placed with BV Vins SARL (“BV Vins”) are deemed to be an offer by clients to contract with BV Vins in full agreement with the following terms and conditions** and conditional upon (or “subject to”) acceptance of order by BV Vins. These terms may not be modified unless specifically authorized by BV Vins in writing. These terms apply to all current and future transactions.
Prices
Prices are exclusive of VAT or any other relevant taxes or duties. Prices do not include delivery.
Order and Acceptance
By submitting your order for confirmation, you hereby represent to BV Vins that you understand and accept these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them in connection with this transaction. The placing and accepting of an oral or written order shall form a contract on the terms contained in this agreement.
Payment
Payment is due 30 days from the date of invoice or before collection, whichever comes first. Payment may be made by bank transfer or cash. Past due amounts will accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month of the outstanding balance. BV Vins reserves the right to withhold deliveries in response to past due payments.
Title and Risk
All items are sold ex-cellars Le Mont-sur-Lausanne, Switzerland.
Guarantee and liability of BV Vins
BV Vins’ guarantee is exclusively limited to the authenticity of every wine it sells. Acceptance of returns is at the sole discretion and approval of BV Vins.
